Rackoone Shrugged is a clowning experiment that attempts to critique Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged", in which the upper-class owners of capital- the businessmen and entrepreneurs- removed themselves from society. In this performance, my clown character, Rackoone, attempts to build a toy train set with the rules that they hold the materials for distribution, but cannot do any of the work themselves, and cannot leave their skyscraper. They must depend on the audience as laborers to complete the task at hand.
